January 8, 2008 QT Networks, Inc the “Global VoIP Company” interconnects with Directo Communications, one of largest fixed and mobile operators for global voice services in Latin America, expanding the QT Networks Next Generation Network for international voice services. The interconnection enables Directo Communications of Latin America, the Latin America division of Mexico’s parent company, Directo Communications to route international voice traffic over  QT Networks’ Next Generation Network, a leading global VoIP network to anywhere in the world; including neighboring North American countries such as Canada, Caribbean country Cuba, and South American country Peru.

The implementation of all available synergies.
The re-organization of the business so as to deliver immediate profitability
and cash generation.
The creation of a group structure that allows effective management control of the current business and its planned expansion.

The Group has been restructured into two operating units in order to fully support its objectives and to satisfy the demands of the marketplace.

The service allows you to buy premium services based on what you need to serve your customers, with protection from fluctuations in demand and in voice termination rates.

QT-TALK - the QT Networks VoIP/Broadband telephony service for individuals and corporations, are presented with the low domestic VoIP rates they’re demanding, as well as the guaranteed lowest international rates – made possible by QT Networks Carrier product MEDcom.

We have focused on allowing the business to generate cash from its existing revenue base and this has been achieved by the re-organization which has also given us a firm footing from which to develop its strategy for growth.

The Company believes it has now put in place a base from which it can both deliver profitability and grow revenues. The Directors are optimistic about the Company’s future prospects.
